We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. Bella Piazza is an incredible community that captures the magic that is Orlando, Florida. Designed with the charm of a Mediterranean Village, Bella Piazza is an elegant, yet affordable priced, holiday retreat where everything you love about Central Florida is within your reach. Kenosha Disney Getaway is a second floor unit that overlooks the pool, children's water playground and outside BBQ grill area. It has 3 bedrooms plus a sofa bed, sleeps 8, has 3 bathrooms, and a balcony overlooking the pool area. * Air Conditioned throughout * 24/7 access via your own unique door code (changed with each guest) * Free Wifi (password protected) * Free telephone calls within Northern America * Access via Elevator &/or Stairs KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a quick meal or for large family meals. You will love the beautiful granite counter tops against the dark cabinets. There are full size appliances throughout the kitchen. There is an electric coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker as well as an electric kettle, toaster, and blender. There is a dining table that seats 6 and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. LIVING ROOM & BALCONY The living room has a large sofa (also a sofa bed) and a love seat, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and access to the balcony with pool view! The balcony has seating for 4 and overlooks the community pool/children's water playground and outside BBQ grill area. BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 - Master King Bed, TV, en-suite bathroom, and balcony access Bedroom 2 - Opposite the kitchen is Queen Bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom Bedroom 3 - Two Twin beds, TV with a beautiful resort view Additional bedding - Sofa bed in the living room! * ALL linens, bedding, hangers are provided BATHROOMS Bathroom 1 - En-suite bathroom in Bedroom 1 with sunk in bathtub, walk in shower, sink private door to the toilet Bathroom 2 - En-suite bathroom in Bedroom 2 with bathtub/shower overhead, sink & toilet Bathroom 3 - Nex to Bedroom 3 is equipped with a bath chair, grab bars and shower wand * ALL towels are provided as well as hair dryer.
