Space for the kids (young and old!) to plug in their PlayStation and be able to give mom and dad some space to relax at the same time. An Elegant updated kitchen has all the amenities you could want. The dining area is the perfect space to come together with family and friends. If you want to enjoy the weather, the private pool and deck make for the perfect spot to sun worship or eat outside in the warm evenings. The Four bedrooms consist of 1. King bedroom Master Suite 2. Queen bedroom (First floor/Downstairs) 3. 2 x Twin Beds 4. 2 x Twin Beds This layout allows for everyone to still have their own space to enjoy this beautiful townhome comfortably sleeps eight people. Parking at the rear of the home includes a garage and main access to the home is from the rear sliding door entrance where you will enjoy your private pool area in peace. This townhome includes a washer & dryer, free wifi, cable, and unlimited access to a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a tiki bar, fitness center, sundry shop, and video arcade. The sparkling resort-style pool also features a waterslide and a lazy river! Enjoy Florida from this home at the beautiful Windsor at Westside Resort, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Optional pool heat is available for $35/day including tax. The minimum charge is $175 and includes up to 5 days of heating. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the Winter and Spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an additional activation fee may apply. A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about options and which size grill will suit your group the best! The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9 PM. ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in/pre-arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).
