Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home. Kids and parents alike can enjoy a little pool competition in the cool of the AC! Moving further into the home you’ll find dining for 6 in the formal dining room area. As you move into the kitchen, you’ll find additional seating for 6 at the round dinette. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the tools and appliances you may need for a quick snack or a gourmet meal! LIVING ROOM The kitchen opens up to the modern living room featuring a Sofa, Love Seat and Sofa Chair. This area seats 6 comfortably. Gather the family around to watch your favorite shows and movies on the large flat screen TV. CHILD FRIENDLY Included in the home is the use of 4 Pack-n-Plays (travel cot) and a highchair. There are also children's plates and cups. GAMES ROOM The games room features a Foosball table, Ping Pong table and darts! There is also a Pool Table inside the home and an XBOX 360 games console in the upstairs retreat. UPSTAIRS LOFT - THE RETREAT Parents and kids love having multiple living spaces to be able to spend time apart relaxing and playing games. The loft features a sectional couch (seats 3 comfortably), a large flat screen TV, a DVD Player, an XBOX 360 and a couple of games. We recommend guests bring their favorite XBOX games with them! LAUNDRY There is a full size washer and dryer (2 dryer balls), iron and ironing board, and plenty of pool towels. POOL & SPA/HOT TUB Everyone loves the pool area! Take advantage of the private salt water pool and spa/hot tub, relax on the 4 sun loungers, or enjoy al fresco dining (dining set for 6). Finally, enjoy endless rounds of competitive cornhole poolside with friends and family! POOL HEAT DESCRIPTION * The pool and spa (if applicable) can be heated on request and for an additional charge. * Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer. * Pool heat is necessary if your home has a spa interconnected with the pool and you want to have the spa hotter than the pool temperature. * Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F and if there is a spa, the spa will function is set to 100-102 degrees F. The achieved temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed. * The pool heater runs for approximately 12-15 hours each day and will turn off overnight. POOL HEAT PRICING * Pool heat is $35 per night including tax for a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heat is bookable for shorter stays than 5 nights, but for a minimum fee of $175. * Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay. Exceptions can be made to stays longer than 14 nights. * Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid an additional activation fee of $40. This fee is payable to enable an engineer to attend to the activation of the system. * Example: Pool heat will cost $245 including tax for a 7 night stay if requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival. For the BBQ grill, We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced and clean grill to you. There are 2 options: *2-Burner BBQ Grill: $75 + tax *5-Burner BBQ Grill: $110 + tax This includes a full propane tank RESORT AMENITIES (included) * Luxury Clubhouse & Cabanas * Free Wifi * Resort style, heated pool with children's pool, water slide and lazy river * Outdoor recreation areas * Children's playground * Tennis Court * Fitness Center * Hot Tub/Spa * Poolside Cafe/Bar * Gated community (24 hour attendant) Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are: * 1 x roll of paper towels * 1 x dish sponge * 2 x dishwasher tablets * 1 x small dish soap * 1 x trash bag per bin * 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom * 2 x sachets of laundry soap * Small hand soaps in each bathroom * For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi) * In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. UPON BOOKING, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE: - Identification in the form of Driver’s License - ID selfie - The names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property - Signed rental agreement We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. All of these items must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
