Each owner has different ideas of what a vacation home or investment property is all about. You may find you just want a care taker for your home or you may decide you would like rental income as well. With our years of experience, we will design a plan to achieve your goals.
Caretaking of your home
Weekly checks of your home. Inspection of the home-check all doors, locks, windows, alarm system, plumbing, water heater, make sure A/C and Heater is working.
Property Management
Pool cleaning, Pool maintenance, Housekeeping -using “Green Products”, Spring Cleans, Scheduled repairs, Lawn Care –to include cuts, landscaping and spraying. We will also be responsible for Setting up of recycling program based upon County programs and guidelines. We provide monthly reports to the homeowner. If at any time any damage or points of concerns arise, we will send you photographs and or video at no additional charge.
Home Rentals & Services
Marketing of your Home, Reservations, rental agreements, check in and check out of your guests, collection of payment. Minor Repairs, Painting, pressure washing. Please keep in mind our Services can be tailored to fit your specific needs.
